  • The weekly accumulated loss amount calculation is applicable to ALL Products - Sportsbook, Slots and Live Dealer providers.
  • Rescue bonus will be calculated on a weekly basis from Wednesday 12:00AM (GMT+8) to Tuesday 11:59PM (GMT+8) and will be credited into the player’s account on the following Wednesday before 23:59:59 (GMT+8).
  • All players with a weekly accumulated loss amount of MYR 10,000 and above in ALL Products providers are entitled to this rescue bonus.
  • Only Net Loss will be taken into the calculation as weekly accumulated loss amount to be eligible for rescue bonus (Net Loss = Gross Loss - Bonus - Rebate).
  • After completing the rollover & minimum losses requirement, your recovery bonus will be credited into your account.

  • Any bets placed on any variations of Live Blackjack and Live Roulette Games will only contribute 50% towards bonus turnover requirements.

  • You can only get the recovery bonus once per week  (Wednesdays to Tuesdays)
